Service Policies:
 • Tours are subject to weather conditions and port authority indications.
 • The company is not responsible for forgotten objects inside the boats or transport units.
 • To perform the snorkeling activity it is necessary that the person has previous knowledge of the activity, as well as know how to swim.
 • Vessels and land transport units have passenger's insurance in case of an eventuality, as long as it happens inside the boat or truck.
 Rate policies:
 • The mentioned rates are per person, in Mexican pesos.
 • They include 16% VAT.
 • Children between 1 and 9 years pay 50% of the rate
 •Babies under 1 year old are free

 • Advance reservations are required to block dates and transportation units.
 • To book, it is necessary to make the total payment of the service.
 • For any reason a reservation is considered confirmed without having received a payment in advance.
 Change policies:
 • Changes of date will be free of charge, if they are informed at least 15 days in advance.
 • Changes of date made within 15 days to the date of service will have a charge of 15% of the total.
 • The date changes are subject to availability, in the event that there is no availability, the date closest to the request will be searched, if there is no availability, the service must be canceled, with its respective cancellation charge.
 Cancellation Policy:
 • Any request for cancellation must be informed in writing via e-mail to
 • Any cancellation made up to 15 days prior to service is subject to a 20% charge for the total cost of the service.
 • Any cancellation made up to 14 to 2 days before the service is subject to a 50% charge of the total cost of the service.
 • Reservations canceled one day before, or in case of non-arrival, will not be refundable.
 • Payments can be made online through Pay Pal with your Credit or Debit Card in our web page.
 • Payments can be made with a bank deposit or wire transfer.
 • Once you have confirmed your payment it is necessary to send a receipt to to confirm your service.
 •If you need an official invoice please provide your information, they can only be made in the same month that the payment was made.
