COMPANY POLICIES

TOURS

Service Policies:
  • All our Tours are available according to the seasson and weather conditions.
  • It is necessary to book early with plenty of anticipation to ensure your places on the tour.
  • It is required a minimum of 2 adults to run any tour.
  • The company is not responsable for forgotten objects inside transport units or boats.
  • To do any water activity or snorkeling, it is necessary that the person knows how to swim and have previous knowledge about the activity.
  • Boats and transport units have passenger insurance in case of any eventuality, as long as it happens inside the vehiclues.

Rate Policies:
  • Rates are per person in US Dollars.
  • All taxes included
  • Children are considered from 1 to 9 years old

Reservation policies:
  • Reservations can be made ONLINE through our web page, via e-mail to: info@choyatours.com.mx, or tel: (612) 12 155 46.
  • To guarantee your reservation it is necessary to make the total payment of the service no later than 72 hours before the activity.


TRANSFERS

Service Policies:

  •  Any change in the itinerary or date of service may cause changes in the rate provided.
  •  The company is not responsible for forgotten objects inside the transport units.
  •  Vehicles can not transit through gaps, dirt roads or in poor condition roads that may affect their performance.
  •  The transport units have passenger insurance in case of any event, as long as it happens inside the transport unit.
  •  Service subject to availability.
 
Rate policies:
  • The rates provided are per vehicle or per person depending on the type of service.
  • All taxes included.

Reservation Policies:
  • Reservations can be made ONLINE through our web page, via e-mail to: info@choyatours.com.mx, or tel: 011 52 (612) 12 155 46.
  • It is necessary to book in advance to block the dates and transport units.
  • To reserve, it is necessary to make the total payment of the service or an advance payment of at least 50% to block the dates and transport units.
  • For any reason a reservation is considered confirmed without having received an advance payment.
  • The total payment must be settled no later than 7 days before the service


TOURS & TRANSFERS

Changes Policies:
  • Changes on dates will have no cost, as long as they are informed at least 15 days in advance.  
  • Changes on dates made within 14 days to the date of service, will have a charge of 15% of the total.  
  • Changes on dates are subject to availability, if there is no availability, the date closest to the request will be searched, if there is no availability, the service must be canceled, with its respective cancellation charge.

 Cancellation policies:
  • Any request for cancellation must be informed in writing via e-mail to info@choyatours.com.mx
  • Any cancellation made up within 15 days before the service is subject to a charge of 20% of the total reservation.
  • Any cancellation made up within 14 to 2 days before the service is subject to a charge of 50% of the total reservation.
  • Reservations canceled 1 day before, or in case of not arriving, will not be refundable.

Payment policies:
  • If you require an invoice, please provide your tax information, use of CFDI and payment method.
  • This can only be made in the same month you made your payment.
  • Payments can be made online with a credit or debit card through Pay Pal.
