Our tour begins with a visit to the Cactus Sanctuary, where you will be welcomed by Demetrio, its tenacious caregiver, it is a 6-hectare reserve with a large variety of cactus with flowers, colorful fruits, birds and reptiles, we invite you to walk through this landscape and explorte the natural wild life of the desert.

Our journey will continue in the town of "El Triunfo", a mining town that was many years ago, a prosperous mining community with more than 4,000 people, between mexicans, english, italians, americans and chinese, dedicated to the mining of gold and silver, in 1876 it was established the most important mining company called "El Progreso".

On its streets you will discover ancient buildings, the Municipal House, the Church of "Nuestra señora de Guadalupe", the English Cementery with its 13 tombs, "La Ramona" an enourmous cheminee of nearly 47 meters high, which is considered an engineering marvel and the symbol of "El Triunfo", designed by Gustave Eiffel, the same person who designed the Eiffel tower.

We will visit the Museum of the music, unique in its kind in the country, which has a valuable collection of pianos, violins and other musical instruments from the eighteenth century, donated by Sudcalifornian musicians and composers. A visit to the craftsman house is a very good idea where you will find handicrafts made from shells, rattan, wood or palm, manufactured by local artisans.

And finally enjoy a regional food (tamales, machaca burritos, beans, cheese, coffee or soda) in a local restaurant.
